Handling

Items that are available will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Any and all preordered items will also ship within 1-2 business days of their release date. If there are any items within an order that have not yet been released, your order will be shipped upon the release date or in-stock date of the latest item. You should buy unreleased items by themselves if you want to get each item as soon as it comes out.

Shipping

Customers are billed for preorders at time of purchase. In consideration of the nature of collectibles, we operate within an honor system. As such, because these items are rare collectibles, we cannot cancel preorders or change prices after you buy them. All sales are final. Please take the time to review all orders prior to your final checkout. Publishers and distributors with extreme rarity may delay a release date or change it entirely. In such cases, The Legacy Comics Games and Collectibles sales team will offer ‘Goodwill Resolutions’ determined by the sales team in the form of coupons or other discounts. The terms will be decided at managements discretion based upon the impact and severity of the change to your orders release. Buyers are required to maintain a valid shipping address and any changes need to be submitted prior to release date of their order.

We will do our due diligence to maintain accurate information regarding release dates but we advise our customers to refer to updated publishing dates from DC, Marvel, and all other publishers directly from their sources.

Raw and uncirculated books

In accordance with most industry standards, all books purchased will be screened and circulated in bags and boards and in the best conditions possible.

Customers should and will expect to receive books at a quality of CGC 9.4 or better unless otherwise noted in each individual listing. Below is a link to the CGC Standard Grading Scale for reference.

All books will be screened with these standards in mind in order to provide the best service possible. Keep in mind that while we strive for perfection in the quality of books we provide to our customers, all new and back-issued books are subject to manufacturing defects. It is our job to offer the best quality possible within these standards.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations

Prior to shipping of all orders, cancellations will be honored at the request of the customer. However, after the point of shipping, no requests for cancellation will be allowed or honored. As such, all customers essentially have until a shipping profile is created for their order to cancel it.

Returns

With the exception of specialty orders such as graded comic books and statues with damage due to shipping (with evidence in order to submit claims), we will not accept return requests for any items. Please make all orders responsibly and within your financial means and understand that all orders are fulfilled with video taken of the packing process prior to shipping.
